Are you organised with good time management and analytical skills? An international bank is seeking a Credit Card Analyst to join their team and provide support with reviewing applications and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Helping customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions 
• Responding to customer enquiries, emails, and on-line messages 
• Preparing applications for Credit cards, credit limit calculations, and reviewing high risk factors
• Assisting in the delivery of end-to-end operational processes for the CI credit card business
