A commercial company, with offices out of town, is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator.
The postholder will be part of the Customer Services team that has responsibility for ensuring that all incoming telephone calls, emails and other customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. The postholder will have to ensure that all customer queries are dealt with and followed up as quickly as possible.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and strong communicator, have good numerical skills and an analytical mind to successfully investigate customer issues. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly over the telephone and by email, be a team player and ideally will have previous customer service experience preferably gained within a retail/e-commerce environment.
The successful role holder will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday and public holidays.
