Compliance Officer

A Trust company is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team as soon as possible to cover maternity leave till the end of the year. The successful candidate will assist in meeting the requirements of the regulatory framework for the company.

The Compliance Officer will also provide advice to colleagues on compliance requirements and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous compliance experience (essential).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Inquisitive nature, not being afraid to ask questions.
• The ability to communicate at all levels of the business and with teams in multiple locations.
• The ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• The ability to problem solve and interpret data.
• Good MS Word, MS Excel skills.
• Organisation skills and a positive attitude.

This is a temporary role that very likely could become permanent. The successful candidate will be required to occasionally travel to London.
