Do you have 5 years' experience working within either a Company Secretarial or Company administration team? An international finance firm is seeking an experienced candidate to be a part of this growing group.

You will have overall responsibility for the Company Secretarial services for the group and the client, as well as acting as Secretary for the board sub-committees.

Other key responsibilities:

  •  Convening board meetings
  •  Preparation of agendas, board packs and reports
  •  Maintenance of statutory records of companies and registry filing
  •  Preparation of company and trustee minutes 
  •  Maintaining client agreements and safe custody maintenance
  •  Holding company AGMs and EGMs
  •  Preparing and filing annual validations and waiver resolutions and other statutory matters
  •  Administration of property holding and other companies as agreed

The right candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, as well as having excellent communications skills.
