Do you have proven Company Secretarial experience and are you currently studying towards an ICSA qualification? If so, a multi-jurisdictional specialist providing fund services is seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator to join their small team.
Duties for this role will comprise day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base. Arranging, attending and taking minutes in board meetings. Maintenance of records and reports, issuing EGM & AGM notices, proxy collation and recording. Coordinating the filing of returns with the Guernsey Registry and GFSC and making announcements in accordance with stock exchange requirements.
