Client Services Executive

A growing IT service provider is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their Client Services team, to liaise with clients on a regular business to make sure their technology continues to support their business needs and goals.

Upon successful completion of training, the role holder will be given their own pool of clients to proactively manage. This is a role designed to be a first point of contact for their clients to help them get the most from their technology. 

This mid-level role would suit somebody with a background in account management or project management, but our client is also willing to consider applicants with the drive and aptitude to grow into the role that can demonstrate a high degree of organisation and effective communications.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Self-motivated and pro-active.
  • Ability to learn about new technologies quickly on-the-job
  • Ambitious and driven to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and communicate technical issues without using too much jargon.
  • Good at timekeeping and personal organisation.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have own form of transport for visiting client sites.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is essential
  • Interest or prior experience of technology industry preferred but not essential.
