A growing IT service provider is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their Client Services team, to liaise with clients on a regular business to make sure their technology continues to support their business needs and goals.
Upon successful completion of training, the role holder will be given their own pool of clients to proactively manage. This is a role designed to be a first point of contact for their clients to help them get the most from their technology.
This mid-level role would suit somebody with a background in account management or project management, but our client is also willing to consider applicants with the drive and aptitude to grow into the role that can demonstrate a high degree of organisation and effective communications.
