Client Services Administrator

We currently have an exciting role on offer for a Client Services Administrator. For this role, you will be involved in all aspects of pension administration within the office, in support of the Client Services Team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Client event maintenance, including direct contact with clients by telephone, email, or letter.
  • Preparing withdrawal requests for member pension benefits, and Trustee fees.
  • Dealing with administrative tasks relating to pension structures.
  • Liaising with investment houses and UK/local pension schemes.
  • Managing and responding to client instructions, including queries and requests.
  • Preparing, collating, and dispatching, documentation.

Ideally, you will have office experience in a pensions/trust environment, although full training will be provided. A GCSE qualification (grade c or above) or equivalent, is essential, as well as a desire to continuously learn and improve skills. Email us today for more details, before this role is snapped up.
