Do you have experience working on a help desk or held a technical IT position for several years? An IT services company provider is seeking an Enterprise Clients Analyst to join their team.
This role will require you to work predominantly onsite at offices. You will also provide various IT support services, which include responding to support calls, assisting end users, and the resolution of desktop, network, and server issues.
This is a varied, interesting, and challenging position where you will be expected to take an active role in the engineering tasks and spend a significant proportion of your time supporting the clients.
