Do you have experience in insurance? An insurance company is seeking a Claims Handler to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handling claims in line with policies and procedures  
  • Providing expert advice
  • Providing a high level of service to customers and colleagues to ensure excellent business relationships are maintained and developed
  • Supporting the Claims Manager 

For this role, you need to be a team player who has a great approach to customer service and can manage your workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met. Experience in insurance would be ideal, however our client would also like to hear from candidates with strong office administration experience who would be willing to study for relevant qualifications.
