Central Operations Senior Administrator

A growing fiduciary business based in St Peter Port is looking to recruit a Central Operations Senior Administrator, to service the business and keep the cogs turning in order that the Administration teams can concentrate on client work.  

The role holder will provide company secretarial support to a range of in-house companies, committees and project teams. They will also proactively manage the relationships with 3rd parties who provide premises and facilities services to the business.

The desirable candidate will have the following experience and skills: 

  • 5+ years’ experience 
  • Experience in company secretarial environment / PA in law firm or similar
  • Specific experience in taking minutes of meetings
  • Knowledge of Guernsey Fiduciary industry and regulatory requirements
  • Good grasp of oral and written English
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
