A world leading independently owned family office is seeking a Business Compliance Officer to join their Guernsey Office.
As Business Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the AML/CFT regulations, applying local policies and procedures, and providing practical support and advice to the team ( including training) on control and compliance issues.
For this role, a minimum of 7 years experience in a compliance role is required (including some trust and company experience) whilst experience drafting operational procedures would be ideal. In addition, excellent organisational abilities and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines are required.
