Banking Services Executive

Do you enjoy building good relationships with clients? An independent financial advisory group is seeking a Banking Services Executive to join their team.

Key responsibilities 

• Handling client requests for payments, foreign exchange, new visa cards, mobile, and internet banking
• Daily monitoring of fixed deposit maturities, and rollovers
• Proactively monitoring, and reviewing, activity across client accounts
• Communicating with clients on a regular basis
• Identifying opportunities for developing new clients for the team 
• Liaising with, and presenting to colleagues regarding shared clients 

Ideally you will be a graduate with some financial services industry experience, although candidates with a strong academic background will be considered.
