Are you a team player? Are you educated to either a degree level or A 'Level, or have transferable skills? A privately owned fiduciary company is looking to recruit a Trainee Assistant Trust Administrator, to join their client facing team and support the team by undertaking administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the client database
  • Assisting with the set up and maintenance of statutory records
  • Liaising with internal and external clients, third parties and professional intermediaries
  • Ensuring book-keeping is kept up to date
  • Administering a small portfolio of clients
  • Opening and closing of bank accounts 

The successful candidate will be supported to study for a relevant fiduciary qualification, and would be expected to attend relevant courses, and seminars, to develop your knowledge further.
