Assistant Manager, Funds

Do you have Fund Administration experience? Do you have evidence of commitment to a high standard of client service? If so, keep reading, as our client is seeking an Assistant Manager and you could be the perfect candidate to fit this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a role model to implement a culture to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness, and efficiencies.
  • Actively supporting and performing in line with the group initiatives.
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback on client matters to the management team.
  • Assisting the Senior Manager with the introduction and development of recruits.
  • Overseeing the fund administration work completed by the trainee administrators, and ensuring they are meeting deadlines.
  • Planning, prioritising, and organising tasks and activities efficiently. 

Ideally, you will be ICSA qualified or studying towards your final stages of ICSA, or other relevant qualifications. It would also be ideal if you were are a member of a relevant professional Institute. You will need good knowledge of the Finance Industry in Guernsey, and have experience in supporting more junior Administration or Accounting team members.
