Assistant Manager- Onboarding and File Review

Do you want to work out of town, and for a firm that offers flexible working? Do you have experience in administration or onboarding clients? A leading Investor Services group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team on a 6-12-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing client files 
  • Checking and clarifying information
  • Checking client due diligence 
  • Undertaking background screening and file setup 
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept 

Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, especially in trust or corporate services. A relevant qualification would be desirable but is not essential. In addition, good working knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
