Assistant Administrator

Are you organised with an excellent attention to detail? A local provider of trust and fund services is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join their team. The role will be based in the private client team and whilst some administrative experience would be good, our client is keen to find someone who has an enthusiastic and helpful attitude with great analytical skills. 

Key duties:

  • Checking and maintaining the diary system 
  • Liaising with intermediaries and clients under the supervision of senior staff
  • Preparing minutes and assisting with billing
  • Preparing cheques, letters, and settling bills on behalf of clients
  • Undertaking filing, scanning, photocopying, and binding documents
