Are you a bookkeeper or accounts administrator looking for a varied role? Do you want to work in a small team? Well- read on, this role may be the perfect role for you!

Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to be responsible for maintaining their local and international clients' Trust records and preparing basic Trust Accounts.

Key duties:

  • Administering double-entry bookkeeping
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Running monthly and quarterly audit reports 
  • Maintaining accurate records and uploading data
  • Assisting with the raising and collection of client fees 
  • Identifying and resolving any posting errors

The desirable candidate will need to be willing to learn new aspects of Pension Trust Administration and get involved with a wide range of duties, whilst supporting the team.
