Workplace Support Technician

Are you experienced in IT support? A leading Investor Services group is seeking a Workplace Support Technician to join their IT team.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with clients to act as their primary contact for IT support
• Providing technical support to clients 
• Analysing client business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Maintaining and updating client IT systems and software, ensuring they are running smoothly
• Providing training to clients
• Staying up to date with current technology trends and developments to ensure clients are using the latest and most effective technology solutions

Ideally a relevant degree and 3-5' years experience in IT support is required. In addition, experience of working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Always-on VPN, Citrix Workspace, Active Directory, SharePoint, In Tune, Wi-Fi and Secure Printing.
