Technical Specialist

Can you clearly demonstrate excellent technical, analytical skills? A highly successful, fund administration specialist is seeking a Digital Workspace - Technical Specialist, who has experience of digital/cloud adoption and support of cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring, documenting, and maintaining effective system configurations
• Management and implementation of system deployments and upgrades
• Working with the Digital Workspace Manager to review, develop, plan, and implement strategies
• Owning and managing complex issues and seeing them through to completion
• Monitoring support incidents and working with support staff to provide effective prioritisation and resolution
• Having a good understanding of network concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VOIP and VPN

The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience in an IT environment including knowledge of Azure products, Microsoft Technology stack and virtualisation technologies. You will be a team player, and an innovative thinker to improve efficiencies and capabilities.
