Do you have HR and/or payroll experience? A leader in the aviation, marine, and offshore industry is looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer to join their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with UK or other authorities 
  • Ensuring the payroll process is undertaken efficiently 
  • Providing support to the Head of Payroll, Management, and HR personnel
  • Undertaking data inputting and reconciling payroll
  • Preparing invoices
  • Liaising with employees and clients concerning contractual and employment issues 
  • Assisting with the take-on of new clients dealing with compliance and company secretarial issues
  • Reviewing client files and risk reviews
