Senior Accountant

Are you a qualified or partially qualified accountant looking for a new role? A financial services company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Private Equity team.

Key responsibilities: 

• Preparing accounts for board packs
• Reviewing bank account reconciliation
• Updating and maintaining investment portfolio records on behalf of clients
• Liaising with clients and investors regarding receipt and payment of monies 
• Helping with the preparing of company minutes and agendas 
• Reviewing data exported from accounting systems and filing final reports 
• Providing information for tax returns

Ideally, for this role, you will hold an accounting qualification or have 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with debt instruments. In addition, a general understanding of the Guernsey Company/POI/Partnership laws would be good.
