Key responsibilities:
- Planning and preparation of financial reports for a portfolio of fund ensuring all deadlines are met
- Ensuring that current accounting standards and best practice principles are applied to the accounts production
- Developing and maintaining a process to ensure the delivery of client accounting requirements
- Establishing reporting procedures for new funds
- Liaising with clients and others to agree timetables for accounts production
- Providing guidance and support to the administration team to ensure all bookkeeping processes are timely and accurate
Good accounting and technical knowledge with advanced Excel skills ins crucial. In addition, good presentation skills are required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
