The Senior Administrator will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of complex trusts and companies in accordance with the terms of their constitutional documents, the law, the regulations of the GFSC and the policies and practices of the Group.
The role holder will assist a Client Relationship Director with the management of various entities including Discretionary Trusts and Property Holding Companies created or incorporated in various jurisdictions together with associated Fiduciary Services.
They will also undertake general administration including the maintenance of statutory records, tax records, completion of minutes and file notes where necessary and monitoring of trust and company investments.
The desirable candidate for this role will have a significant number of years’ experience in a Trust and Company/Financial Services environment, hold a relevant professional qualification i.e. ICSA or STEP Diploma or significant progress towards obtaining one, and technical Trust and Company knowledge is a requirement, together with the capacity to consider the tax and legal implications of a variety of transactions.
