Do you have reception or office administration experience? A Trust company is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Organising the board room and meeting rooms 
  • Organising outgoing mail and liaising with courier companies 
  • Scanning and storing documents electronically
  • Undertaking project work along with the Office Manager 

For this role, good social and presentation skills are required, along with good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in reception or a similar role is needed and excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude is a must!
