Payroll Administrator

Do you have experience with payroll or is payroll something you would like to start as a career? This is an exciting new role working for a firm of accountants in their Business Advisory team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for processing a portfolio of weekly and monthly client payrolls.

Within this role, you will prepare payroll by collating and inputting timesheets, calculating pay, updating client static data, and creating reports and payslips. The successful candidate will respond to any client queries, assist the team with general administration, and file tax and social security returns.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organising skills.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Highly PC literate with good knowledge of Windows software and payroll software.
