Junior Trust Administrator

Do you have trust experience or a high level of office administration experience? An independent provider of financial services is seeking a Junior Trust Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drafting trust and company minutes and correspondence with clients
  • Inputting data into a database
  • Maintaining and updating client due diligence
  • Assisting in the administration of trust, company, and other client relationships
  • Liaising with a range of professionals 

For this role, you need to 2-3 years experience in administration (trust experience would be fantastic but not essential), excellent organisational skills, and a great approach to customer/client service.
