Head of Human Resources

Are you CIPD qualified with a minimum of 10 years experience at a management level? Do you have proven working experience as an HR manager or in other HR executive roles? If so, you could be the perfect fit for this role! An out-of-town, non-finance company is seeking a Head of HR to be responsible for directing and managing the HR function and to act as an advisory body to the CDEO. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire and retain employees. 
  • Writing and maintaining all employee handbook policies.
  • Monitoring the business, both from the perspective of performance management and as input into workforce planning.
  • Undertaking market reviews of salaries and benefits, advice on pay and bonus rewards.
  • Controlling company-wide staff budgets.
