Fund Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit a Fund Administrator with approximately 2 years’ experience, to work within a team of approximately fifteen staff, ranging from Administrator up to Director Level and will report directly to a Fund Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Responsibility in assisting the Administration Team in delivering timely and accurate fund administration services to a portfolio of clients together with ensuring adherence to compliance and shareholder registration duties, as required.

This role will include all aspects of fund administration under the supervision of the Fund Supervisor and/or Assistant Manager, including client liaison, payments, valuations (or oversight of valuations), compliance checks, reviewing CDD and assisting with Registrar work.

The desirable candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Ideally educated to ‘A’ level standard, or equivalent
  • Ideally looking to study towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
  • Understanding of Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial aspects relating to the administration of funds and related entities
  • Awareness of valuation / accounting / trading
