A large commercial business is seeking temporary Customer Services Administrators for the Christmas period, to take responsibility for ensuring incoming telephone calls, emails, and other customer-related queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
In addition, the post holder will be required to take ownership of ensuring that all their customer queries are followed up as necessary and dealt with as quickly as possible ensuring continuity in the delivery of exceptional customer care that the business is recognised for.
Ideally, applicants will have proven ability in working within a customer service-orientated environment, however applications will also be considered from recent A level leavers or students who have completed a relevant course.
