Consultant Depositary and Trustee Oversight

Do you have knowledge of Guernsey fund regulations and the AIFMD? Are you looking for a 6-month temporary contract? A financial services company is seeking a Consultant Depositary and Trustee Oversight to join their team. This is a varied role involving monitoring and oversight of various fund structures, legal entities, and alternative investment vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing checks for depositary functions including cashflow monitoring, fund oversight, and safekeeping duties
• Ensuring fund compliance with regulations
• Communicating with clients at operational and board level
• Reviewing transactional documents 
• Liaising with lawyers 
• Ensuring new clients and funds are incorporated into relevant processes

For this role, you need a proven track record in the financial services sector, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. In addition, a relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards one is required.
