Compliance Officer

Are you an excellent communicator currently working in compliance? A small family office is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team to help the business transition into a fully licensed fiduciary.

Key responsibilities:

• Organising and delivering training for all members of the office in matters relating to the family practice, including system procedures and processes, standards of documentation, legal aspects, and regulatory developments
• Obtaining, understanding, executing, and monitoring all legal and regulatory aspects of a fully licensed trust and company service provider in Guernsey 
• Working with Directors, senior staff and professional advisors in obtaining organising and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the organisations work 
• Ensuring up to date knowledge with all relevant developments pertaining to T&CSP operations in Guernsey

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer who wishes to work for a smaller organisation and to have a varied and exciting role.  Ideally you must be a certified compliance professional with 5 years' experience in a senior compliance role in Guernsey.  Great organisation skills and a good approach to teamwork are required whilst good IT skills are needed, especially in MS Excel.
