An independent, privately owned company is looking for a compliance manager to join their fast-growing Funds department. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with its obligations, overseeing the Compliance Monitoring Program, monitoring and testing and implementation of AML, CFT and CPF policies and investigating any matters of concern or non-compliance.
For this role, you will be the nominated officer and you will act as a contact point for requests for information. You will also hold the named role of MLCO whilst promoting awareness of, and compliance with, the jurisdictional regulation, legislation, and codes of practice, in conjunction with IFSL policies and procedures.
This role would suit an experienced individual who has 5 years' knowledge of the fund’s regulatory environment, including AML laws, CMP, and internal controls.
