Client Services Administrator

Our client is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team to administer a portfolio of companies and trusts and provide a good level of professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients and handling correspondence 
  • Ensuring tax filings/reporting's are completed on time
  • Reviewing credit facilities and guarantees
  • Administrating the purchase and sale of property
  • Ensuring investment monitoring is completed, actions cleared, and minutes produced and signed off
  • Ensuring all company records are maintained 
  • Reviewing accounts and clearing any queries

Ideally, you need a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Trust and Fiduciary services and are qualified or working towards STEP certificate or equivalent.
