Do you have excellent communication skills? A finance company is seeking an Administrator to join their small team within their funds section.

Key responsibilities

  • Completing and inputting data into the time billing system 
  • Completing forms and correspondence as required for new bank accounts
  • Preparing and reviewing correspondence and payments for clients
  • Liaising with clients to ensure questions and queries are answered promptly
  • Preparing and reviewing valuations
  • Completing GFSC returns 

A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is required along with a willingness to study towards a professional qualification. In addition, excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel are required along with good organisation and time management skills.
