Are you organised, and like to ensure that everything is running smoothly? If so, we might have the perfect role for you as our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 
  • Arranging new designs and ordering business cards. 
  • Arranging sponsorships, vouchers, petty cash, and reimbursements. 
  • Car inspections. 
  • Uploading invoices.
  • Covering reception. 
  • Covering other departments - Scheduling local and open market appointments, drawing up conditions of sale, assisting the rentals team, the property management team, and the human resources team.
