Situations is committed, both now and in the future, to being mindful of minimising its environmental footprint and taking time to assist charitable causes and the local community.
For 2019/20 our chosen charity is Grow Limited, we help raise money, awareness and support them in any way we can.
Having staff with HR experience and qualifications has meant Situations have been able to assist individuals and businesses in a number of ways. During lockdown, Situations offered a free CV review service to those being made redundant and have also supported businesses with some HR advice to avoid redundancies or manage staff during difficult times. Situations will continue to support individuals and businesses in this way.
