Trust & Corporate Services Assistant Manager

Do you have supervisory experience? Our client is requiring an organised Assistant Manager to support the Private Clients department and administer a portfolio of fiduciary structures and in the Mangers absence deputise and participate in projects pertaining to the role, including business and social events organised for staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring administration includes up-to-date tax and legal advice (with client Manager/Director support).
  • Liaising with Beneficiaries, Investment Advisers, Bankers, Auditors, Property Advisers, Agents, and Lawyers.
  • Supporting the Team Lead in managing the team (occasionally).
  • Delegating administration tasks to the administration team whilst overseeing and ensuring their completion.
  • Providing training and guidance for junior members of the team.
  • Responsible for FATCA, CRS, Payment Procedures, FID reviews and audit.

The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA, have a solid understanding of the markets applicable to the business and technical IT skills.
