This role requires expert case management delivery of technical claim decisions and training of junior team members including supporting the business in achieving growth targets by delivering expert claims management services.
- Maintaining effective broker and customer relationships and dealing with complex issues with effective resolution.
- Maintaining internal and external key relationships in multi jurisdictions.
- Acting as the key technical contact for the employee benefit claims team for escalations, queries, or reporting.
- Delivering an efficient and high-quality claims service.
- Actively engage with claims management on claims assessor and administration training and development.
- Supporting and coaching team members to reach full their full potential.
- Adhering to process controls to ensure quality control and high standards are set and maintained.
