Operations Specialist

Do you have operations processing experience with an understanding of settlements, asset transfers or post-trading reporting? Are you able to achieve results under tight deadlines, and drive processes forward to a conclusion? If so, you could be just the person our client is looking for, to take on this temporary operations role for 6 months! 

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring that any swift instructions relating to the relevant Corporate Actions are completed.
• Reviewing the Cash Recs and Securities Recs on a daily basis.
• Oversight and control functions relating to the performance of the UBS Poland Team.
• Ensuring that all daily/weekly/monthly duties and controls are carried out and informing the Head of Operations of any relevant issues.

For this role, it is desirable to have data analysis experience and knowledge of Euro/US markets and Hedge Funds, including good IT skills and good communication skills. Consideration will also be given to someone with strong administration skills within a banking or fiduciary environment!
