A major financial services group is looking to recruit an On-Boarding Manager to join their Business Implementation department.
The role holder will act as Project Manager to ensure that the business requirements related to the on boarding of a new clients or the service extension/off-boarding of all new and existing clients are understood, implemented by the different contributors resulting in their client’s full satisfaction.
This will include the facilitation of meetings between clients and internal subject matter experts to ensure that service requirements & deliverables are clearly understood by all parties, producing minutes and action logs as evidence for audit trail purposes, together with plans identifying key milestones and work-stream owners.
This will include the on board of new Investors, obtaining all relevant KYC and other documentation adhering to Group & Local procedures
