Office Administrator

A leading investment firm is looking to recruit an Office Administrator, to be responsible for a broad range of tasks. The applicant will need to perform with a high level of accuracy and be able to prioritise. 

The applicant’s main duties will include the following:

  • Scheduling meeting rooms, greeting guests, supplying refreshments
  • Managing incoming calls, post and emails received via website
  • Maintaining and distributing centralised contact list
  • Photocopying, binding, shredding
  • Stocking office with groceries and stationery
  • Booking couriers and outgoing post
  • Preparing expense claims for senior executives
  • Making travel arrangements (local and international)

The desirable candidate will be highly organised, decisive, with problem solving aptitude, have hands-on and “can do” approach, have excellent IT knowledge and have a professional, thorough approach and able to maintain the highest standards.

The role will offer significant long-term progression for the right person.
