Learning and Development Manager

A Large Financial Services firm are looking for a Learning and Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Business Leaders to develop the learning agenda and implement a range of development activities to help reach the company goals.

The Learning and Development Manager will work closely with stakeholders to review training needs as well as plan, monitor and report to stakeholders on training related matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of a Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or Learning and Development (CIPD or other)
  • Experience in both instructional design and facilitation
  • Proficient in G Suite and familiar with virtual delivery platforms such as Google Meet, Live Stream etc
  • Good interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff
  • Strong speaking and presentation skills
