Senior Office Administrator/PA

A global asset management company is recruiting for a Senior Office Administrator/PA to oversee the smooth running of the Guernsey office and act as personal assistant to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities will include providing the general administration of the office, Group IT liaison, facilities management, and some event support. The incumbent will report to the HR Manager and provide the directors with personal administration support.

Applicants must have the following attributes:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs with English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent).
  • Administration qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within an office environment
  • Experience within a service organisation
  • PA/ Reception or general office experience
  • Facilities administration/ management experience
  • A good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and e-mail system
  • General IT hardware knowledge
