Governance & Finance Manager

Are you seeking a varied opportunity in managing structures in global jurisdictions? 

A well-established single-family office, with a global investment outlook across public markets, real estate and private investment is looking for a Governance & Finance Manager, based in Guernsey, to join their team. 

Duties include:

• Preparing board packs for quarterly meetings
• Maintaining statutory corporate records, resolutions, director particulars, etc.
• Keeping entities current with compliance filings; annual filings, economic substance filings, 
• Financial Reporting & tax support
• Supporting monthly financial reporting for group on business performance
• Assisting with annual budgeting for the group
• Performing trade execution in the North American and European equity markets at the direction of the investment team based in Hong Kong.
• Supporting the Financial Controller with administration of banking and investment accounts, including KYC, setting up new accounts, and governance of account custody

The desirable candidate for this role will have experience in overall governance management and/or the finance function of a family office, or in funds, and will have exposure to global investment structures, be detailed oriented and will take a thorough, hands on approach to their work.

Experience in trade execution would be a great bonus!
