Customer Relations Manager

An online gaming company is looking to recruit a Customer Relations Manager to offer support to their end-users daily.  

Duties will include support via email, live chat and Facebook, implementation of anti-fraud strategies and active contribution to ‘ideas generation’, with a view to enhancing the customer service experience.

The desirable candidate will be a driven, hardworking and proactive individual with great interpersonal skills, excellent typing and organisational skills.

This is an interesting role for a recent graduate that will provide an excellent start to a successful career in customer support and relations, customer retention or brand management.
