The successful candidate for this CRM role will provide a high level of professional service to a varied portfolio which will include: preparing for and attending board meetings; drafting board meeting agenda, minutes and written resolutions; assisting the company boards in ensuring good governance; liaison with professional firms as required; dealing with Capital Calls and Distributions; processing of documentation relating to investment transactions.
This Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for more complex clients and may have line manager responsibilities, or be expected to assist with training of more junior team members. Several years' Fund Admin experience and a relevant qualification are required.
