Credit Controller

Are you organised and methodical with experience in accounts? A trust company is seeking a Credit Controller to join their friendly team.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Preparing reports on outstanding items
  • Clarifying discrepancies and seeking solutions from colleagues and fee earners
  • Assessing action required and take appropriate action 
  • Preparing schedules for audit requirements
  • Raising necessary paperwork for credit notes, write offs and seeking appropriate approvals
  • Recommending litigation procedures 
  • Processing queries relating to payment and invoices

For this role, you need to have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.  Strong computer literacy is required in both financial packages and Microsoft Office suite, along with the ability to problem solve.
