A leading Investor Services group is seeking a Corporate Administrator, to build and deliver customer centric solutions to their more complex and diverse portfolio of clients, gaining their confidence and respecting their working style.
The role holder will assist the manager and make sure the team is compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures.
The desirable candidate will be a team player, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills, strong communication skills is a must to build relationships across the business. Individuals should not be afraid to deputise in the absence of their manager, providing technical support to the team and attending client meetings.
Applicants must either hold a ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance & Administration or STEP Foundation Certificate in Offshore Trust and have previous Corporate, legal or company secretary experience.
