Complaints Governance Senior Administrator

Our client is looking for a Complaints Governance Senior Administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling a varied complaints caseload, assessing legal and/or regulatory risk and establishing fair, robust and comprehensive responses.

The successful candidate will be communicating with clients in a professional and engaging manner, managing the Complaints Log and analysing queries surrounding financial products. They will act as a point of escalation for the operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the Insurance, Banking or Investment sectors would be preferable
  • The ability to handle disputes in an analytical and impartial manner
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good numerical skills and experience of Microsoft Excel
