Client Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Fiduciary Manager to join their Trust Services team as a Client Manager, to undertake a variety of management duties in support of the Directors responsible for the administration of Trust, Pension and Company structures, with private and corporate clients.  

Key duties:

  • Management of the general administration of trusts and companies, liaising with clients, bankers, brokers and other professional advisors 
  • Involvement in the take on of New Business, giving presentations to prospective clients and looking into current and future service provision
  • Involvement in review and proposals for changes to policies and procedures as part of policy and procedures sub committee
  • Invoice and debtor management for the administration team portfolio
  • Manage and assist the team with the File Review Process, and ensure timely clearance of any review findings

Applicant must hold na ICSA, STEP or other equivalent relevant qualification, have a minimum 5 years trust and corporate administration experience, have an understanding of the client accounting function and have previous experience of or ability to learn Viewpoint administration system.

Sound technical legal skills preferably with expertise in trust and corporate activities.
